Before the installation of Yuhuan copper valve, necessary quality inspection must be carried out according to the regulations. For example, the valve switch is not flexible, the valve is not closed tightly and there is water leakage during the system operation, which is very serious. Some even cause rework and repair, and even affect the normal working period.

So what are the specific inspection measures? First, before the installation of the valve, the pressure strength and tightness test should be done. 10% of each batch (of the same brand, specification and model) shall be selected for the test, and no less than one. For the closed-circuit valves installed on the main pipe to cut off, strength and tightness tests shall be conducted one by one. The valve strength and tightness test pressure shall meet the national standards.
